RETURNS & EXCHANGES

#BUCHEIMER NYC will gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery for defects only. Items must be in new, unused condition. We are always happy to work with you before you order to make sure you make the right choices. After the 14 days, returns would only be accepted for warranty repairs associated with our lifetime guarantee...customer to pay for shipping, and we pay for the repairs. Items purchased on sale or at a discount are not subject to return.

 

How to make a Return or Exchange

1. Returns or Exchanges can be made for any item with a defect. If your item has a defect, we will happily pay your return shipping.

2.Please contact us about any Returns or Exchanges within 14 days of receipt of your item. 

3.Returned and Exchanged items must be in new condition, unworn/unused, with the original tags attached. 

4.Please contact us to request a Return Authorization via email at george@bucheimernyc.com. All Returns and Exchanges must be approved beforehand. Once we have approved your return, we will send you further instructions.  After your Return or Exchange is processed, you will be sent an exchanged item or issued a credit for the value of the item. Items shipped to us without a Return Authorization will be shipped back to you.

FAQ

What is your Warranty policy?

 

#BUCHEIMER NYC stands behind and guarantees all of our products to be of excellent quality and free of defects. We produce only the highest quality of goods and consider our products heirloom quality, meaning they will last a lifetime.

 

Do I have to pay duties on International Shipping?

 

We charge a nominal fee for international shipping at the time of purchase; however, international shipping can be very expensive, so we will contact you about the published shipping rates and duties to your location after we receive your order. If we cannot cover these fees, and you do not want to cover any additional amounts, we are happy to cancel your order, and refund you your money.

 

 

How do I track my order?

 

When we ship your order, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that changes of address will not show up in the confirmation (but if we say we have processed them, we have, don’t worry), and tracking numbers will take up to 24 hours to update.

 

How do you PRE-ORDER products ?

 

When you place a pre-order, You will be charged at checkout when ordering an item for pre-sale (we are not able to hold credit card information and bill later). The item will be delivered during the timeframe that is posted on the product page.

 

What are my shipping options?

 

We ship most domestic orders USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days) and we ship most international orders USPS Priority Mail International. International shipping times vary widely by country, but most shipments arrive in the destination country within five days.
